Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up... I sang to myself. I hadn't been sittig there longer than 5 minutes but it might as well been 5 hours. Being here alone right now was not what I wanted. Of course I wanted to see Jacob again--he was my ride home of course-- but the thought of that massive wolf thing, sent jitters through my body. And it was not even the fact that it scared me. I mean, I know it could have ripped me to shreds if it wanted to,but it just kind of stared. Wolves can do that right? Stare at an inocent being in that sort of hopeful way; that sort of longing way?
